I just rounded a bunch for your sister.

463 < 500 so 3463 rounds to 3000

216 < 500 so 4216 rounds to 4000

501>=500 so 2501 rounds to 3000

457<500 so 6457 rounds to 6000

625>=500 so 6625 rounds to 7000

adding up the estimates gives an estimated total: 23000

Kind of a hard one but I give it ago: 1)3500 2)4100 3)2500 4)6500 5)6600
So I think if you add them together= 3500+4100+2500+6500+6600=23200 then nearest 100 equal= 2,000
