Remark

11 and 3 are both prime. So the common denominator is 33

[tex] \dfrac{4}{11} = \dfrac{4*3}{11*3} = \dfrac{12}{33} [/tex]

[tex] \dfrac{1}{3} = \dfrac{1*11}{11*3} = \dfrac{11}{33} [/tex]
