So the rate of change of the graph given is 2/3 you can figure that out by taking the points and doing 0-(-2)/3-0 and you end up with 2/3. So using y=mx+b where m is the slope or rate of change we just need to look for the ones that are greater than 2/3. So a,b, and e.
