The answer is the 3rd option, y>2/3x+3
This is because first of all, the slope is 2/3x I figured out it was 2/3 because I picked two points, (0,3) and (-3,1). Then I found slope which was 2/3x. I looked at the graph, and the y-int was 3 so good so far. Then I put y is GREATER because it’s shading above the line!!!
