When you are stressed you can often become lazy. You start to eat and you either don't stop because it makes you feel better or you just sit and never get up. This also is the case for break ups not just death. This can lead to mental heath issues to including depression.
You may gain weight, you might start drinking smoking, you may stop working out, stop eating healthy, and not having anything positive/positive influences in your life
