To answer the question above, convert the given measurement of the angle in revolutions. The conversion factor is 1 revolution is equal to 2π or 6.28 radians.
                      (16.2 rev) x (6.28 rad / 1 rev) = 101.736 rad
Then, divide the value obtained with time which is 7. The answer is approximately 14.53 rad/s.
