To answer the question above, convert the given displacement in revolutions to radians. The conversion factor is 1 revolution is equal to 6.28 radians.  

             (1.9 rev) x (6.28 radians / 1 rev) = 11.932 radians

Thus, the closest to this value is 11.9 and the answer is the second choice.
