Answer:

A single member executive involves voting in an office holder to a body or organization with many members. The winner of the election takes all and it is also called a single winner voting.

The advantage of this system is that the representative and constituents are more bonded and it also increases accountability.

The disadvantage is that it only supports the popular people and there is also very limited positions to fill.
