Answer:

(f+g)(-5)

(f+g)(x) = x²+3x-10+x+5

(f+g)(-5) = (-5)² + 3(-5)-10+(-5)+5

             = 25-15-10-5+5 = 0

(f-g)(3)

(f-g)(x) = x²+3x-10 - (x+5)

          = x²+3x-10-x-5

          = x²+2x-15

(f-g)(3) = (3)²+2(3)-15

          = 9+6-15 = 0
