Name a part of the plant that does not have chlorophyll?

chlorophyll can not be found in the roots. this is because the chlorophyll gives the plant it's green pigment and can do this from photosynthesis. the roots do not see the sun as they are underground and therefore do not require chlorophyll for its green pigment. this is also why roots are brown and not green. the roots are missing the green pigment from the chlorophyll. chlorophyll is found in chloroplasts.
