Dialogic Reading is where an adult and children have a discussion about a storybook. It's weird how the answers have been utterly phrased, but in the sense of the Dialogic Reading meaning and these answers, I'd lean towards B and C, but in how similar they both are to the meaning, I have to say it's B. B sounds more like the actual meaning of Dialogic Reading, and therefore that's what I am choosing. Sorry if I got it wrong.
