The meaning behind think before you post is thinking about the content you are sharing and the impact it may have, which is vital in stopping the spread of misinformation and its harmful effects.
It’s good advice because once you post something it’s something you can’t take back and is something you’re going to have live with whether or not your post is offensive or even if it’s not, because whatever you post will impact your life.
