In path-goal theory, the degree to which followers respect, admire, and defer to authority is called authoritarianism. 
Locus of control has to do with being in control of something. Integrity is being honest and having moral principles. Drive is urge, need. And the final option, which is charisma, is charm, attractive personality.
Authoritarianism has to do with obedience to authority.
