16 cups for 3 cups of sugar. 64 cups for x cups of sugar. So, first you know that 16 x 3 = 64. So, there is four 16 in 64. 16 x 4 = 64 3 x 4 = 12 x = 4 So you will need 12 bags of sugar for 64 bags of tea. Hope this helps! :D
