ok, the arc length formula

r=radius
d=diameter
rad=radians
deg=degrees

first a formula to convert radians to degrees
xrad=pi(deg)/180
and
xdeg=180rad/pi

and d=2r

if given radius and the degrees

arc length=2pir times xdeg/360 or
arc length=2pir times xrad/2pi
