The length of a rectangle is 7.5 (7 1/2) inches and the width is 2.75 (2 3/4) inches. What is the ratio, using whole numbers, of the length to the width?

Ratio would be 7.5 to 2.75....but using whole numbers I'd get:
8 to 3
