10y^3-6y=4y^2
10y^3 - 4y^2 - 6y=0
2y(5y^2 - 2y - 3) = 0
2y(5y - 3)(y + 1) = 0
2y = 0; y = 0
5y - 3 = 0; y = 3/5
y +1 = 0; y = -1
