       the inequality would be:    7n =< n - 5
(subtract n from both sides):      -n       -n

                                so then:    6n =< -5
       (divide both sides by 6):     6n/6 =< -5/6

                                answer:  n =< -5/6      OR      n =< -0.83

Hope this helps :)
