a vertical line is represented by x = a number, with that number being the x coordinate of ur points.

so ur answer is : x = - 4

We know a vertical line means that x = something. So, now that we know that, we can just use the point to get the answer. To do this, we take the x value of the equation, as it is the y value that is changing, and the x is constant. This gives us a final answer of D) x = -4.
