[tex] \frac{2}{5} \div \frac{1}{4 } \\ \frac{2}{5} \times \frac{4}{1} = \frac{8}{5} [/tex]

2 divided by 5 is .04 miles every 25 minutes.
That means .08 miles every 5 minutes.
If you multiply .08 miles by 12, (because 5x12=60) you get: 0.96 miles/ hour.
