The right to bear arms is a constitutional right in the United States of America that is guaranteed bu the Second Amendment and it is usually referred to in the current debate on gun control in the US. The right to bear arms shall not be infringed upon is there in order for the individual to be able to protect himself, his state and fight oppression.
