What is the slope of y = -3 over 2 + 4

In the equation you described above, there is no slope. Slope is the coefficient of the x variable and there is none in you equation above.

However, I do believe that with the way you wrote it, there is supposed to be an x next to the -3/2. In that case, -3/2 would be your slope.
