First lets write this out:-
 
            ?
19 - 10 = 20 - 10

Now lets solve:-

19 - 10 =9

   ?
9 = 20 - 10

20 - 10 = 10

9 ≠ 10

Since 9 does not equal 10:-

19 - 10 ≠ 20 - 10
