The flow rate is defined as the volume of fluid passing through the area per unit of time.
[tex]Q=\frac{dV}{dt}=\frac{Adl}{dt}=A\frac{dl}{dt}=Av[/tex]
Where A is the surface is the surface area, l is the length of a cylinder, and v is speed flow.
If we solve the equation for speed flow we get:
[tex]v=\frac{Q}{A}[/tex]
[tex]v=\frac{Q}{ \pi r^2}[/tex]
When we plug in the numbers we get:
[tex]v=0.033\frac{m}{s}[/tex]
