Debussy was a French composer and was known for Impressionist music. The intensification of 2 overlapping tendencies happen in the later twentieth century. The orchestration has multiple layers for musical activities as well as blended timbres coming from the aesthetic traditions. The post war interest led to timbre that also led to the development of new and non Western instruments, the tape music and electronic and the French composers' music.
